Architecture
for the future.
Design at WUA means a commitment to context translated through architectural intelligence. We work from masterplanning through architecture, hospitality, residential, cultural, and spatial design.

What We Do
We design buildings, masterplans, and spatial experiences across the full built environment — from Red Sea island resorts to Romanian urban regeneration, Chinese desert wellness retreats to residential prototypes in the Gulf.
Context is the material we work with: geography, culture, and commerce, held together rather than treated as backdrop. Each project is shaped by the place it serves and sharpened by the computational tools developed alongside it in WUA_LAB.
How We Work
We build the tools we work with. BIM, computational design, reality-capture, and AI-assisted workflows are developed inside WUA_LAB, our research practice, and integrated into every project from concept through delivery — not bought in as separate services.
The studio operates as a cycle: design asks questions intelligence can answer; the tools we build sharpen how the next project reads its context. We work bilingually across London, Riyadh, and Shanghai, with seven working languages on the team.
